Site Engineer – Project Execution

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join our Project Execution Team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site activities, ensure that projects are executed according to design and BOQ, manage vendors and labor, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones. This role requires strong coordination, technical knowledge, and hands-on problem-solving on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and check drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• Conduct site measurements and marking accurately.

• Execute and install work as per BOQ and approved drawings.

• Explain work requirements and coordinate with vendors.

• Perform quality checks at site and ensure adherence to standards.

• Manage labor and vendors effectively to maintain productivity.

• Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to deadlines.

• Observe, identify, and rectify on-site issues proactively.

• Verify final vendor measurements and bills; resolve site issues and provide clearance.

• Follow up on delivery of required materials to site.

• Attend site and office meetings regularly.

• Conduct regular inspections of all ongoing site activities.

• Oversee material delivery, labor management, site safety, and debris cleaning.

• Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.

• Strong knowledge of site execution, construction processes, and BOQ.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and ensure smooth project flow.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in site execution or project management in interior or construction projects.

• Proven track record in delivering projects on time with quality and safety compliance.
